Cancellation and Return Policy

www.tuyaa.in has a seven days return policy i.e. within 7 days of receiving the product by the consumer. Within 7 days of receiving a product. Request for return can be made by email at mailto:info@aargyangroups.com only if there is any manufacturing defect or damage. Replacement is subject to availability of stock. In case a replacement cannot be made by us, we will initiate refund or issue Gift Coupon. it's important that the product is sent back in its original packaging, original manufacturer tags, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered (including any free or complimentary items). We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being worn out or tampered with by you. We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely. We won't be able to entertain any damage/lost in Transit Replacement of the product with a similar product can be made only if stocks are available. It is pertinent to note that any products can be returned except free/complimentary items received along with the main order. However, if any manufacturing defect or damage is reported to us after 7 days, we would need a Defect on Arrival (DOA) certificate/replacement certificate from the respective Brand's authorized service centre to initiate the refund process. Without the Defect on Arrival (DOA) certificate/replacement certificate we will not be able to process the replacement or refund.

www.tuyaa.in has a pick-up facility in most cases and most cities. However, there can be a few exceptions to this depending upon the shipping address and the nature of the product. To know whether pickup is available from your shipping address, you can write to us at mailto:info@aaryangroups.com. In case we are unable to collect the returnable product from your address, you will be required to courier the product to us, the courier charges would be reimbursed by way of Gift Coupon upto Rs.100 or the actual courier charges whichever is lower, provided the customer submits the original courier receipts as proof. Please ensure that the product is in original and unused condition, complete with the original price tags, labels, original packing and invoice. Replacements are subject to availability of stock. In case a replacement is not available, we will initiate the refund.

Returns for replacement/refunds will not be accepted on certain circumstances as given below:

  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Product is used or is not in its original condition.
  • Products are returned without its original packaging, freebies or accessories.
  • Product was damaged after use/opening.
  • Incidental damage due to mishandling of the product.
  • Products like Perishables, packaged and raw food materials do not qualify for replacement, exchanges or refund
  • Any consumable item which has been used.
  • Product with tampered or missing serial number.
  • Missing manufacturer tag.
  • Request for return is made after 7 days of receiving the product by the consumer.
